Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to give small pets the best possible groom causing no avoidable harm, and for compassion and safety to be the guide to our quality services and products. We strive to use integrity in all we do to form close bonds with the pets and our customers.
We want to maintain the appearance of your pets as best we can. However, our company practices compassion and safety to supersede the physical appearance. We do not believe in painful de-matting or any type of unsafe practices for the pets or employees. Additionally, we will not use convenience for an excuse to not groom your pet. Rather, we will use the upmost integrity when grooming your pets.

Compassion
We will do our best to help a pet in any way possible to the best of our ability. All pets will be treated with compassion.
Safety
The safety of the pets and of the staff is a top priority. Without the pets, there will be no grooming. Without the staff, there will be no grooming.
Passion
Grooming pets is our passion. It's what we love to do. We really enjoy working with pets!
Our MORAL ETHICS & PRINCIPLES ABOUT PET GROOMING:
We believe there is a line that can be crossed when it comes to the aesthetics and well-being of the pet. We all need to have the integrity to make the right decisions. Some things need to be done for the health of the pet even if the pet doesn't like it. Money should never be the motivation to do what the customer wants when it is not in the best interest of the pet.
Gratefully, we now have the power to groom the way we believe all pets should be treated. That is with respect, compassion and to do what we believe is best for the pet itself while keeping in mind what customer wants. The question is: Can we do this groom or continue this groom without unnecessary pain and perform this safely on the pet? We believe we can make the right decision for your pet(s).
